Of course, we do! We are 100% committed to making you happy with our products. We manage our Quality Control procedures at our manufacturing location to ensure a premium, consistent, and global level of quality. Cases that do not meet our quality standards are rejected and recreated at our expense, prior to being shipped to our customers. Each case is hand checked by a member of YayPalm Team to ensure you get the best!

But sometimes the item(s), during shipment/processing, could get damaged or there would be an imperfection in them. While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us right away.

We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly contact us first with your order number before doing so.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
